Gibson Lake to Kokanee Glacier Cabin

	Kokanee Glacier Provincial Park, near Nelson, British Columbia, Canada
	The Kokanee Glacier Cabin commemorates those who have lost their lives in Kokanee Glacier Provincial Park. An opening ceremony was held July 12, 2003 and many people hiked up or flew by helicopter to the cabin for the ceremony. The images in this virtual tour were taken during the hike up and down, as well as during a separate hike to the cabin two weeks later. The Alpine Club of Canada operates the 4500 square foot cabin.
